W E L C O M E ! Krizia (krit•zia) is a multi-certified, licensed, and insured permanent make-up artist based in her home city of San Francisco, California. Operating from her studio at 660 Market Street (Suite 219), she offers a range of tattoo services, including microblading, lip blush, removals, and tiny tattoos. With a passion for enhancing her clients' natural features, Krizia emphasizes a collaborative approach to achieve personalized and confidence-boosting results. Her journey to becoming a cosmetic and body tattoo artist was inspired by a lifelong interest in art and cosmetology, leading her to transition from various other industries into the world of body art in 2021. Krizia looks forward to welcoming new and returning clients alike! ✨ P O L I C I E S - Deposits/Booking Fees - Deposits/Booking Fees are non-refundable, required in order to secure your appointment, and applicable towards your service total. - Payments - Your remaining balance is due in full at the end of your appointment. Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay. - Refunds - All transactions are final. No refunds, no exceptions. - Rescheduling - All appointment changes must be made a minimum of 48 hours (2 full days) in advance. Any changes made within the 48-hour window of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit/booking fee. A new deposit/booking fee will be required in order to reserve a future appointment, at the discretion of KLL PMU. - No-Shows - No-show appointments result in an automatic forfeiture of your deposit/booking fee. A new deposit/booking fee will be required in order to reserve a future appointment, at the discretion of KLL PMU. - Late Policy - Please arrive on time - plan accordingly for San Francisco/Bay Area traffic, events, parking, commute, etc. If you are running late, please notify us ASAP so we can determine if your appointment can still be accommodated. If you are over 15 minutes late and fail to inform KLL PMU, your appointment will be considered a no-show, resulting in a forfeited deposit/booking fee. A new deposit/booking fee will be required in order to reserve a future appointment, at the discretion of KLL PMU. - Guests / Pets - Due to limited space, liability and pathogen exposure risks, extra guests and/or pet(s) are not allowed. Service animals are welcome. Please note: Emotional Support/Comfort Animals are not recognized as Service Animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act. - Refusal of Service - KLL PMU reserves the right to refuse service in instances including but not limited to: disrespect of artist/time/policies/property/other Sola Salon professionals, and failure to follow pre-care instructions (i.e. caffeine/alcohol consumption, recent facial product use, etc.).
